Job Description:
- We're looking for passionate Customer Success Executives to onboard and launch India's leading marketplaces and D2C brands on Zippee's Quick Commerce network.
- This is a high-pressure, 0-handholding environment where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, set a high bar, and we're not for everyone.
- This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Go-to-Market launch in a fast-growing quick commerce startup. Think: the Launcher Program at Uber or DoorDash.
- This is an in-person role based at our Gurugram HQ and involves extensive travel across India.
Responsibilities:
- Own the post-sales customer journey while working closely with Operations, Product, Procurement, Tech, and Sales to ensure successful execution.
- Travel extensively across India to support brand launches, dark store operations, and on-ground execution.
- Track key operational metrics, project milestones, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.
- Build strong relationships with brands, resolve operational challenges, and drive customer success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field from a reputed college. MBA is highly preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Project Coordination, or Client Servicing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills along with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across India.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced quick commerce startup environment.
- You must have your own laptop.
