The Role and Why It Exists

Gravitee is redefining how enterprises manage and govern APIs, events, and agents across modern architectures. As adoption accelerates across North America, we are expanding our new business sales team to capture this growth.

AI and modern architecture are rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the strategic guide and technical project lead driving successful enterprise platform deployments. Unlike traditional relationship-only CS roles, this position is heavily rooted in technical implementation, onboarding execution, and driving rapid time-to-value. You will guide enterprise accounts from initial contract signing through architecture integration, platform launch, and long-term expansion.

What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Salary: OTE up to $125,000
