The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) joins our Customer Success team to build and maintain high-level engagement across a dedicated portfolio of premium Equifax accounts. You will work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to protect run-rate revenue and drive product optimisation.

What you’ll do
