  • Generate order acknowledgements and associated documentation while supporting on-time order fulfilment.
  • Support contract review activities and help identify customer, commercial, documentation, delivery, and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders regarding order progress, shipment updates, and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order information within approved systems and databases.
  • Support quality, trade compliance, and ethical business practices through accurate record keeping and adherence to established procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer service, operational efficiency, and data quality.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to achieve shared objectives and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

If you are a Customer Support Administrator professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you in Cumbernauld, United Kingdom. As part of our Customer Support team, you will provide high-quality commercial and administrative support throughout the quotation-to-order process, helping deliver an outstanding customer experience. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
