Customer Support Advisor - Immediate Start - Guildford
Central Guildford (on-site with free parking)

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems and delivering outstanding service? We're recruiting for an exciting temporary opportunity with an innovative and growing technology business based in the heart of Guildford.
This is a fantastic chance to join a friendly and supportive team where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve queries, provide guidance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Investigating and resolving customer issues
- Providing clear advice and support on products and services
- Escalating complex queries where required while maintaining ownership
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction
We're looking for:
- Previous customer service or customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A positive, customer-first approach
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems quickly
