Your Tasks

• customer service via mail and phone

• identifying customer demands and introducing the product range

• providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms

• ensure customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• fluent in speaking finnish

• good knowledge of English in spoken and written language

• good working knowledge of MS Office

• Sales or Telemarketing experience preferable

• confident and professional on the phone

• target driven personality, friendly and communicative

• ideally previous experience in a call center environment
