We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support & Sales Executives in Jalpaiguri to help us grow and deliver exceptional service.

Location: Jalpaiguri, West Bengal

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and assist them in booking properties for their events in Jalpaiguri West Bengal.
• Ensure smooth bookings and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Reach out to property owners and encourage them to list their villas, farmhouses, or resorts on our platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both guests and owners to boost bookings.
• Share customer and owner feedback with the team to improve services and overall experience.

Qualifications

• Jalpaiguri Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi/English (Jalpaiguri languages are a plus).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Interest in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an added advantage.
