Job Description

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Tuesday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Approximately 12 hours per week
  • Additional hours may be available based on business needs
  • In-office position

Support the Customs Brokerage department by ensuring shipment documentation, tracking information, and operational records are processed accurately and efficiently. Contribute to operational excellence through document management, cargo visibility, and timely administrative support.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Provide administrative and operational support to the Customs Brokerage team through document review, data entry, cargo tracking, and document preparation activities. Ensure information is accurately maintained within company systems while supporting the efficient movement of freight and information.
