How your day-to-day in this role will look:
- Specialist training for the product/service
You will: - Assist with customers' inquiries
- Guide customers on their questions for the best use of the product/service
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case you review

- Language Maestro: Fluent in Czech, B2 in English
- Tech Savvy: Curious about the latest tech
