Skills & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and dashboards
- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations
- Perform data migration, data mapping, and data validation activities
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services
- Provide functional and technical support during implementation and post-go-live
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), technical design documents (TDD), and solution architecture
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities
- Train end users and provide documentation and knowledge transfer
- Ensure best practices, security roles, compliance, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and business teams
Location: Remote/ Thane
Qualification:
BE./B.Tech/BCS/BCA/BSc.IT or Master’s Degree in Computers/Information Technology discipline
Certification:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications
