[Daegu] Hardware Engineer (Team Leader Level)

Job Responsibilities

• Leading HW(IP) development projects and architecture design (Overall management of high-performance hardware IP development, including IP specification definition, architecture design, RTL coding, and simulation/synthesis)

• Perform the role of a technical leader (guide the improvement of technical capabilities of engineers within the team and exercise technology-focused leadership to resolve bottlenecks in the design and verification processes)

• Collaborate with other development departments

• Client Technical Support (Pre/Post-Sales Support)

Essential requirements

• Experience in Verilog RTL-based hardware design (Senior/Leader level capabilities)

• Deep understanding and practical experience in the entire semiconductor IP and HW development process (front-end).

• Experience in Project Management and Development Personnel Management/Coaching

• Someone who can lead a team and coordinate with other departments based on logical and smooth communication skills
