Your role at Hostinger

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to evaluate marketing spend, build attribution and reporting, and deliver insights that guide our channels. You’ll shape processes from the ground up, collaborate closely with the marketing team, and bring structure where it’s needed most.

Your day-to-day

• Turn data into game-changing insights by partnering with marketing teams to solve complex problems, uncover growth opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.

• Own analytical projects end-to-end, from defining the right approach to delivering actionable insights and measuring impact.

• Get hands-on with data using SQL, Tableau, and various AI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize it while ensuring data integrity.

• Partner with marketing leaders across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO, Product Marketing and other teams to identify high-impact opportunities.

• Collaborate with our Data Platform team to ensure data availability, improve analytical workflows and deliver scalable solutions.

What will help you succeed

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, marketing analyst or similar role

• Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models. Basically, ChatGPT asks you to check queries

• Proficiency in data visualization tools - we use Tableau, but experience with other tools works too

• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including marketing channels and attribution concepts

• Strong business acumen – you can connect data and insights to business goals and translate them into impactful decisions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you can explain complex data simply and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

• A results-driven mindset with high standards for analytical quality and speed of delivery

• Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools

• Extra points for: experience with Python or A/B testing experience

Compensation

Salary starting from €5,000 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
