Data Center Operation Technician (IT Engineer), TPE - DCO

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Key job responsibilities
•7x24 roster duty in data center operations
•Incident first responder and onsite hands on support
•Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline
•Maintain proper media handling operations according to process guideline
•Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline
•Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas
•Innovate and contribute from day-to-day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or related disciplines.
- 1 year experience in server or network hardware or operation systems maintenance or troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Industry experience in Data Center Operations.
- Understanding of data center safety and security environment.
