What you'll do
- Deliver Smart Hands Support: Perform physical hardware and cabling tasks, including racking server and network equipment with on-the-job training provided.
- Manage Service Requests: Monitor and execute incoming tickets for customer installations, troubleshooting, escorting, and material handling throughout your shift.
- Maintain Operational Safety: Adhere strictly to process guidelines and safety codes to protect the environment, your teammates, and facility occupants.
- Coordinate Shipments and Inventory: Handle inbound and outbound dock shipments, perform inventory management, package deliveries, and support recycling efforts.
