What you'll do
- Supervising a team, ensuring productivity and compliance with SOPs
- Investigating and resolving queries and anomalies discovered during the course of routine work and reporting these to the Ops Manager
- In conjunction with the Ops Manager, mentoring and developing the team, addressing any performance issues and escalating as required
- Providing timely feedback to the Ops Manager
- Ensuring compliance within operations processes.
