- Guide and mentor key individuals, teams, and possibly entire departments in the proper use of data by sharing best practices in analysis, standardizing metric measurement across the firm, and acting as a consultant to solving complex questions.

Overview
The Decision Science team acts as a central hub for asking analysis questions. We are a small team of developers and consultants who believe in impact driven work. We believe in democratization of data and are major supporters of knowledge distribution to empower the company. We don't shy away from getting our hands dirty whenever it comes to anything data and we demand critical and collaborative debate when tackling problems.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an integral member of our Decision Science team, the Data Coach is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of mission-critical enterprise dashboards. You will also guide and mentor key individuals, teams, and possibly entire departments in the proper use of data by sharing best practices in analysis, standardizing metric measurement across the firm, and acting as a consultant to solving complex questions.
In addition, the Data Coach is responsible for:
