Job Description

- Xử lý và in đơn từ các sàn ( shopee, lazada…)

- Kiểm tra và xử lý kịp thời đơn hàng trên KiotViet ( B2B, đơn TOLL giao)

- Tiếp nhận thông tin và kiểm tra theo yêu cầu khách hàng

- Trích xuất CCTV đóng gói khi có yêu cầu

- Kiểm tra và nhập hàng trả về. Cập nhật data theo file khách hàng

- Thực hiện booking, kiểm tra giao nhận với vận tải

- Thu thập và scan POD

- Theo dõi và nhập liệu các nguyên vật liệu đóng gói/văn phòng phẩm, gởi đơn đặt hàng kịp thời

- Thu thập chứng từ và data liên quan để thực hiện gởi thông tin thanh toán

- Tổng hợp data để làm Debit note cho từng brand/khách hàng
