DATA ENGINEER
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Data Engineer with solid experience in designing and implementing data solutions, capable of transforming business requirements into efficient, scalable, and high-performance data architectures. You will play a key role in the development of Business Intelligence and Risk Reporting solutions, contributing to data quality, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic and international environment.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Design and develop high-performance ETL/ELT data pipelines to populate Data Warehouses according to business requirements.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support end-to-end deployment processes across multiple environments.

• Design data models, schemas, and data architectures following industry best practices.

• Support users in leveraging BI and analytics platforms while promoting data engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.

Your Key Skills

• Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Experience developing data solutions using Python and/or PySpark.

• Solid knowledge of ETL and/or ELT integration processes and tools.

• Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data modelling, and BI architectures.

• Ability to automate processes and support CI/CD implementation.

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.

• Mandatory experience with ETL and/or ELT data integration processes.

• Experience with Dataiku, Tableau, Apache NiFi, Agile methodologies, JIRA, banking environments, or credit risk domains will be considered a plus.

• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
