What you'll do
- Lead implementation and optimization of AEP applications (Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Edge Data Collection, Analytics) for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with business consultants, data architects, and enterprise architects to deliver integrated solutions
- Guide technical discussions and translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications
- Develop data integrations, tag management strategies, and API connections for robust, scalable solutions
- Contribute to solution architecture for custom requirements
- Deliver customer-facing presentations, documentation, and enablement materials (data dictionaries, technical specifications)
- Mentor and train internal and client teams; contribute to thought leadership content

Role Overview
The Data & Insights Technical Consultant partners with leading brands to build and optimize solutions using Adobe's data and analytics applications. You'll translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, bridging technical teams and business partners across the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) environment.

Work Arrangement
Remote, supporting clients across the United States and Canada. Core collaboration hours are aligned to Central Time (CST).
