  • Well-developed analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical technical outcomes.

  • Experience with Apache Spark, dbt, Kafka, or other modern data transformation and event-streaming technologies.
  • Knowledge of real-time and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, cloud automation, and platform engineering practices.
  • Exposure to analytics and visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working within Agile, DevOps, or ITIL delivery environments.
  • A degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, data engineering, database platforms, or integration technologies.

The Opportunity

As a Data Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling trusted, high-quality data across the organisation by designing and delivering scalable integration solutions that connect systems, platforms, and business functions. Working closely with architects, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, you will help ensure data is accessible, reliable, and fit for decision making.
