The Role and Impact As a Data Science and Analytics Graduate Intern, you will contribute to the development of data-driven solutions that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and operational data to develop dashboards, reports, analytics workflows, and automation solutions using platforms such as Power BI, Seeq Analytics, and Microsoft Power Platform, Azure and Office 365. You will support the collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data to identify trends, measure performance, and enable data-driven business decisions. As a member of this collaborative and innovative environment, you will work alongside engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop analytics solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement while contributing to technologies that help shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate operational and business performance. • Use Seeq Analytics to analyze time-series and process data, identify trends and anomalies, and support operational improvement initiatives. • Build and enhance business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. • Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources to support reporting and analytics requirements. • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand data, reporting, and automation needs. • Define, track, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) that support operational and strategic objectives. • Communicate findings and recommendations through effective data storytelling, presentations, and visual analytics. • Support digital transformation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across business and operational domains. • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, productivity, and business impact.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar data and analytics tools (relevant experience gained through internships).

• Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn independently in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Seeq Analytics, or manufacturing/industrial data environments.
