We are looking for a Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience to join our team and help deliver end-to-end AI solutions for customer support use cases.

In this role, you will work on machine learning, AI, LLM-based applications, retrieval systems, recommendation systems, and data-driven services that are integrated into customer support processes. You will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and software developers to transform ideas, prototypes, and models into reliable solutions that support faster and smarter customer support.

What You’ll Do

• Understand business and technical requirements for AI and data science solutions in the Support Delivery domain.
• Work on AI-powered services and applications that support customer support use cases such as case analysis, knowledge retrieval, recommendations, classification, and automation.
• Take models and algorithms from experimentation to production in collaboration with machine learning engineers and developers.
• Design and implement data pipelines, model pipelines, and ML microservices where required.
• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, improve model performance, and generate actionable insights.
• Apply modern AI techniques including LLMs, embeddings, RAG, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and agentic workflows where relevant.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, machine learning engineers, software developers, and product stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions

What you'll bring

• Hands-on Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI 
• A relevant university degree from Data Science, AI or equivalent
• Strong Python and practical data science skills, including data analysis, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and experimentation with structured or unstructured data.
• Familiarity with SQL, cloud-native tools, production readiness, and technologies such as Spark or Elasticsearch is valuable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, curiosity, and the ability to work independently and collaborate with engineering teams are essential.
