Data & Analytics Manager Location: Kontich (onsite) About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established organisation undergoing a major digital and data transformation. As data becomes increasingly central to strategic decision-making, they are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead their enterprise data function and build a culture where trusted, high-quality data drives business performance. This is a leadership position combining data governance, reporting strategy, stakeholder management and team leadership. You'll work closely with senior business leaders to ensure data is treated as a strategic asset across the organisation The Role As Data & Analytics Manager, you will oversee the company's data management capability, ensuring reliable reporting, consistent governance and a scalable analytics environment that supports business growth. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team (circa 10) while partnering with technology and business functions to improve data quality, establish governance standards and deliver meaningful business insights. Key Responsibilities Data Strategy & Governance Define and evolve the organisation's enterprise data strategy. Establish data governance policies, standards and best practices. Ensure data definitions, ownership and governance processes are consistently applied. Promote effective data management across all business functions.Business Reporting & Performance Own the enterprise reporting framework and KPI landscape. Ensure management reporting is accurate, consistent and aligned across departments. Improve reporting capabilities and drive standardisation throughout the organisation. Deliver actionable insights that support executive decision-making.Data Quality & Integrity Develop processes to monitor and improve data quality. Lead investigations into data issues and implement long-term solutions. Maintain clear data documentation, lineage and governance controls. Ensure reliable, trusted data is available for operational and strategic use.Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business leaders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Translate business challenges into scalable data solutions. Work closely with IT, digital and transformation teams on enterprise initiatives. Act as the key point of contact for data-related topics across the business.Leadership Lead, mentor and develop a team of data professionals. Manage priorities, resources and project delivery. Foster collaboration, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Build a high-performing team focused on delivering business value. About You We're looking for someone who combines strong technical understanding with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. You'll ideally have: 8+ years' experience within Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data Governance. Previous experience managing or leading technical data teams. Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and reporting best practices. Experience designing KPI frameworks and enterprise reporting solutions. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and continuous improvement. Experience working within large, complex organisations. Fluent English; Dutch is considered an advantage. Experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure or other asset-intensive industries would be beneficial but is not essential.
