We are looking for an experienced and technically strong technology professional to contribute to enterprise technology initiatives, digital transformation programs, and complex infrastructure environments. The role is suited for someone who can work effectively across technical teams, understand business and technology requirements, and contribute to the delivery and support of reliable, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

You will work on enterprise-scale initiatives involving modern technology platforms, infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of enterprise technology solutions.
• Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Participate in application, infrastructure, platform, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform structured root-cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and operational health.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, engineering, security, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support technology implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, operational procedures, and support documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to technology standards, engineering best practices, and change-management processes.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and production support activities as required.
• Work with cross-functional and global teams to coordinate technical deliverables and project dependencies.
• Support testing, deployment, release, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure solutions follow appropriate security, compliance, governance, and operational standards.
• Contribute to automation and process improvements using relevant tools and technologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology, software engineering, infrastructure, systems, cloud, enterprise applications, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and modern IT practices.
• Experience working on large-scale technology projects, digital transformation, or enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience with system integration, implementation, upgrades, migrations, or technology modernization.
• Good understanding of application, infrastructure, cloud, database, networking, or platform technologies relevant to the role.
• Familiarity with automation, monitoring, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or modern engineering practicesis an advantage.
• Strong understanding of security, reliability, performance, and operational best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced enterprise environment with evolving technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
