As a Data Warehouse Support Specialist, you will ensure the stability and smooth operation of our Production Data Warehouse environment. You’ll monitor daily processes, support critical EOD/EOM cycles, troubleshoot ETL and performance issues, and work closely with technical and business teams to resolve incidents quickly. You will also perform root‑cause analysis, improve operational procedures, and maintain clear documentation to strengthen the overall support framework.
