Skill Requirement

• Experience with a large mainframe Sysplex environment
• Experience with DB2 upgrades
• Production/Development incident management and resolution
• Experience with DB2 tools for:
  • Performance monitoring
  • Performance tuning
  • SQL Analysis
  • Data Sharing
  • DB2 Liaison with Application Development Teams for:
    • DB2 Utility usage
    • DB2 Tool usage
    • DB2 Application revision Analysis
    • DB2 Change Control
    • DB2 Problem resolution
    • DB2 Table, Plan, Utility revisions
    • SQL Tuning
    • Backup/Restore and Data sharing   
    • Production/Development incident management and resolution
    • Support Disaster Recovery incidents and tests
    • Experience with mainframe utilities and JCL experience

Qualifications

Education: B.E/B.TECH/MCA/MTECH/MBA/ME

Communication needs to be excellent
