DBM_ツール作成管理Gアシスタントマネージャーまたはスタッフ / Assistant Manager or Staff, Tool Development & Management Group, Sales Training Department

【職務内容】

・BAU業務（既存資料の改訂作業、新規企画資料の作成業務、その他発生する資料作成業務etc）の遂行

・新商品ローンチ、商品改定、その他資料作成・改訂業務発生時に伴う、各種資料作成

・資料作成に関連する各種スキルの向上

【必須のスキル・経験】

・生命保険ビジネスへの深い理解または強い関心

・コミュニケーション能力（DBM各チャネルとのコミュニケーション・DBM外部門のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション）

・チームプレイヤー

・高い日本語力（複雑な内容の会話でも誤解なく意思疎通できるレベル）

・Excel、Word、PowerPoint、illustrator、Photoshop、Premiereを使用した資料作成

【有れば尚可のスキル・経験】

・生命保険会社や印刷��製作会社での資料その他媒体作成経験

・生命保険業界での営業経験（直接・間接）

勤務時間：フレックス制度については募集案件によって記載
原則9:00～17:00（実働7時間。フレックス制度あり）
