What you'll do

  • Process and ship outbound orders using Axon’s warehouse management system.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Assist with order picking, staging, and material movement as operational needs require.
  • Receive incoming materials, verify shipments, and accurately place inventory into designated warehouse locations.
  • Perform inventory transactions in the warehouse management system and maintain accurate records of material movement.
  • Support cycle counts, physical inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and other inventory-control activities.
  • Put away inbound materials, organize storage locations, and maintain orderly, efficient warehouse layouts.
  • Follow all safety, security, quality, and compliance requirements, including procedures for handling regulated or dangerous goods when applicable.
  • Communicate clearly with warehouse teammates, logistics partners, and cross-functional stakeholders regarding order status, inventory issues, and operational priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts or other material-handling equipment, when trained and authorized.

Your Impact

As a DC Operator II, you will help ensure Axon products and materials move accurately, safely, and efficiently through our warehouse operations. You will support receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory accuracy, and other day-to-day activities that enable reliable delivery to our customers and internal teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute ideas, develop warehouse operations expertise, and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Location: Onsite at our Germany office
Reports to: Sr Manager, Regional Logistics and Distribution
Direct Reports: None

• Process and ship outbound orders using Axon’s warehouse management system.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
