  • Monitor deadlines and transaction progress; communicate regularly with attorneys, clients, and deal teams.
  • Supervise legal assistants and coordinate workflow across transaction teams.

Reno & Cavanaugh, PLLC, a law firm with offices in Washington, DC, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MD and New York, NY, seeks a Paralegal in our Washington, DC office.

 

The ideal candidate for this role has strong transactional experience and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, and is interested in working on complex, high-impact real estate transactions. The paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all stages of affordable housing deals—from tracking due diligence and organizing HUD submissions to managing closing and post-closing processes.

This full-time hybrid position offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the office/2 days a week optional remote work. May require overtime during peak periods or to meet deadlines. Time worked in excess of 40 hours per week will be paid at time and one-half of the hourly rate.
