Become our new Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

 

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be the driving force behind safeguarding product quality and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Building on your expertise in quality systems and continuous improvement, you will bring structure, ownership, and focus to critical quality processes across the organization.

 

Your challenge:

In this role, you elevate not only the quality of our products and processes, but also the way our organization manages and improves quality performance. By connecting stakeholders, systems, and data, you help strengthen trust with customers and drive continuous improvement within the Quality Management System. You will take end-to-end ownership of critical quality processes that directly impact our customers. 

 

What will you do?

 

• Own and continuously improve the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process
• Facilitate and lead high-quality root cause investigations
• Define and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in collaboration with stakeholders
• Monitor and ensure effectiveness of CAPA processes
• Deliver clear, consistent, and customer-focused quality reports
• Align communication with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001)
• Lead and coordinate internal, customer, and supplier audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements
• Train and coach colleagues on quality tools and methodologies

 

 

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• ~5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering
• Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis and CAPA management
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive improvements
• Fluent in Dutch and English
