Deli Assistant - Full Time
Londis Dundalk is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Deli Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous deli experience, a strong understanding of food safety standards, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare and serve hot and cold food products to a high standard.
Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Maintain food displays, ensuring products are fresh, well-presented, and fully stocked.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
Monitor food temperatures and complete required food safety records.
Keep the deli area clean, organised, and compliant with company standards.
Assist with stock rotation and waste control.
Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues as required.

Previous deli experience is essential.
Level 2 HACCP certification is required.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
Available to work 6:30am – 3:00pm shifts, including Sundays.
