Delivery Coordinator (all genders)

About the Team

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day home delivery operations across multiple Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).

This role involves managing a wide range of operational variables, from ensuring route coverage and delivery performance to maintaining service quality in line with our customer promise. You will use a variety of systems and tools, including live tracking, EPOD (Electronic Proof of Delivery) monitoring, and data analysis platforms, to identify trends, resolve issues, and continuously improve operational performance.

You will build strong relationships with DSPs, internal Logistics teams, and key stakeholders across the business, always keeping our customers at the heart of what we do.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, a genuine commitment to learning, and an egoless, collaborative approach—someone who can prioritise effectively and remain focused on long-term operational success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily delivery operations, ensuring all routes are efficiently covered by DSPs.

• Monitor live delivery systems and proactively address operational challenges in real time.

• Review EPOD images and performance data to ensure service quality consistently meets customer expectations.

• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the relevant DSPs or internal management teams.

• Identify recurring operational challenges, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Use data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL to identify trends, detect errors, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

• Maintain strong cost awareness when making operational decisions and implementing improvement initiatives.

Who You Are

• Experience in home delivery operations, logistics, or a similar operational environment.

• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations involving multiple variables and competing priorities.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach.

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

• Proven experience in team management.

This is a fully onsite role.

Shifts

You will work any five days out of seven, covering day shifts. This role will include at least one weekend day per week.
