As a Delivery Lead in Oracle Finance, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognize when to take action, and communicate effectively to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, contributing to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will manage the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and drive results while interacting with clients at a strategic level. Your ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages and apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems will be crucial in validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback.

Responsibilities

- Leading the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing strategic advice and support to clients, leveraging Oracle Financials to achieve their business objectives
- Managing and directing teams through complex financial system integrations and transformations
- Utilizing financial management software to streamline processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and receivables
- Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into ongoing projects
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Communicating effectively to convey complex financial concepts and solutions to stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing financial forecasting and financial modeling to drive strategic decisions
- Leading finance transformation initiatives with a focus on process improvement
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address complex financial challenges
- Excelling in crafting and conveying clear, impactful financial narratives to stakeholders
