Deltek Principal Application Consultant (Remote)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support client software implementations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for multi-company and multi-currency environments, guiding clients through complex accounting, reporting, and operational requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
- Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
- Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Deltek ERP software is required.
- Minimum 2 years of consulting experience.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and executives, using strong business acumen to drive practical solutions.
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Location:
- Work from home.
- Travel up to 20-30%.
Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
