About the Opportunity

The Global Legal team provides legal advice and guidance to OKX and its affiliated entities across all coverage areas and geographic locations, and supports business growth by working with all teams within the company to help them achieve their goals. The Strategic Partnerships and Institutions legal team is looking to add a commercially savvy senior lawyer as Deputy General Counsel to our practice group with a primary focus on covering strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in our Global Legal team, actively supporting our global institutional and trading businesses, as well as our Peer-to-Peer (P2P) platform. OKX's strategic partnerships business is one of the fastest-growing segments of our global platform, forging commercial partnerships that align with OKX strategic priorities. As Deputy General Counsel, Strategic Partnerships and Institutions, you will serve as legal advisor for one of OKX’s most strategically important business lines: our strategic partnership ecosystem. This is not a reactive, gatekeeping role. We are looking for a commercially-minded lawyer who leans in, shapes strategy, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where legal frameworks are still taking shape alongside the industry itself.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The salary range for this position is $200,355 - $300,533
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
