The Role As Deputy General Manager, you will be the engine room for my client’s hospitality operation. You will focus on: Lifting Standards: Moving the service from “great” to “exceptional,” ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium nature of the brand. The Big Launch: Taking the lead on the operational opening of the newly refurbished hospitality floor. Leadership: Directly overseeing and mentoring the team. You will be a constant, visible presence on the hospitality floor, restaurant and café spaces, coaching the team and engaging with their high-profile clientele. Business Growth: Identifying opportunities to strengthen the offering and grow the footprint of the catering and hospitality services on-site.
