Your new role
This is a rare opportunity to join a senior leadership team and take strategic responsibility for Estates, Facilities Management, Security, Health & Safety, and Fire compliance across a significant operational estate.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping long-term estate strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing major supplier relationships, and providing expert advice to executive leadership on security, resilience, facilities management and workplace safety.

This is a high-profile leadership position responsible for ensuring the organisation's estate, facilities and security arrangements support current and future operational requirements. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will provide strategic direction, assurance and governance across a broad portfolio of responsibilities including:

You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team covering security, estates and health & safety functions while managing key outsourced service providers and ensuring value for money across a substantial budget portfolio.
