  • Conduct rigorous root-cause analyses (RCA) and deep dives into regional fleet bottlenecks, vehicle downtime, churn drivers, and revenue leakage points.
  • Oversee data integrity and governance across CRM, fleet tracking, and telemetry systems to ensure accurate billing, incentive distribution, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements based on data analysis.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all systems.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support as needed.

About the Role

A Deputy Manager- Operations (Central Operations) role at Moove is a pivotal position responsible for developing and building dashboards, analyzing operational data, and supporting the central operations team in optimizing processes and reporting. You will act as a core strategic partner to leadership, transforming complex operational and financial datasets into scalable business intelligence, executive insights, identify revenue leakages, and drive fleet productivity across multiple regions. What You’ll be Doing
