Join B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in our Rotherham store and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and keeping our store running at its best!
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.
