Are you highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working to deadlines in a busy warehouse setting? Do you have experience in both warehouse operations and administrative duties, with confidence using computer systems and managing paperwork accurately?

 

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Stock and PI Administrator to join our Heineken team at our Derby site (DE21 7HW). You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of stock within a high-volume drinks warehouse. This role supports operational efficiency by conducting regular stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded in line with company procedures.

 

This is a full-time, permanent role working a rotating shift pattern of any 5 days from 7. The shifts rotate between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, including weekend working as required.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
