Company Description
Integrated Dermatology is seeking a Dermatology-trained Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing New York practice as part of Four Seasons Dermatology.
Four Seasons Dermatology has provided personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003. This full-time opportunity comes at an exciting time for the practice, as it continues to expand its team, including the recent addition of a new Mohs surgeon.

About the Practice
- Well-established practice serving Vermont and northern New York since 2003, with four locations in Colchester, Waterbury, and Rutland, VT, and Plattsburgh, NY.
- Growing clinical team of physicians and Physician Assistants, with a new Mohs surgeon joining the practice in August 2026.
- Comprehensive practice offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer detection and Mohs surgery, Botox®/Dysport®, and SkinCeuticals skincare.
