Summary NRL are working with a leading national M&E contractor seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager for a high-value building services project in Newmarket. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for professionals with a strong background in mechanical, electrical design management, keen on ensuring successful design delivery on complex projects. Location and Working Pattern On-site at the project location in Newmarket. Client Overview Our client is a well-established national M&E contractor, recognised for delivering technically complex projects across multiple sectors. Responsibilities Administer the completion of project design activities by external consultants Coordinate and review design submissions to ensure alignment with project objectives Monitor design progress and report on milestones and compliance Ensure design solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements Act as a key liaison between consultants, the contracting team, and the client Address design issues promptly to support timely project delivery Maintain accurate design documentation and approvals throughout the project lifecycle Must-have Requirements Proven experience as an MEP Design Manager on building services projects Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical design Ability to manage external design consultants and navigate complex project requirements Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills Nice-to-have Skills Familiarity with design software and BIM processes Experience delivering large-scale or high-value projects within similar environments Apply Now If you are an experienced MEP Design Manager looking for an exciting 6-month assignment in Newmarket, we want to hear from you.
