Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Firewall & Network Administration
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
• Manage VPN connectivity, firewall policies, NAT, and security profiles.
• Monitor network performance and security incidents.
• Perform firewall upgrades, backups, and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity issues.
Active Directory Administration
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory.
• Manage Group Policies (GPOs), Organizational Units (OUs), and security groups.
• Handle user permissions, password resets, and account lockouts.
• Support domain-joined systems and user authentication.
Desktop & End-User Support
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot NVR & DVR based Camera.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 & MAC operating systems.
• Resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform system upgrades, software installations, and patch management.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to users.
IT Operations
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Assist in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
Required Skills
• Basic understanding with Fortinet FortiGate Firewall administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and networking concepts.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network Support.
