  • Assist in managing real estate development projects through all phases, including feasibility, entitlement, design, construction and completion.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, key milestones and day-to-day action items to keep the development team organized and projects moving forward.
  • Support feasibility studies, market research, financial analysis and other project evaluation activities.
  • Assist with entitlement, permitting, planning and engineering approval processes and coordinate required submissions and follow-up.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, contracts, invoices, consultant information and other development records.
  • Support project cost tracking, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and forecasting.
  • Identify project risks, outstanding items and potential schedule or budget issues and assist the Development Manager with mitigation and follow-up.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting materials and status updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate information, approvals and project requirements.
  • Support on-site project activities and site-related tasks as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant real estate market conditions, municipal requirements and project-related market information.
  • Perform additional duties consistent with the role as required.

  • Understanding of and familiarity with municipal planning and engineering approval processes.

  • Ability to work effectively with Development Managers, consultants, contractors, internal departments and regulatory authorities.

There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the development team in Vancouver as a Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate has previous experience in managing large projects across multifamily or mixed use and is also enthusiastic, self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong initiative and an ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of constituents; and has proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads.

Salary Range:

$75,000 Per Year. Negotiable depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus.
