 Atharva Foundries Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality castings, is seeking an experienced Development Head to lead our foundry sector growth and expansion.

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Development Head to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our market position in the foundry sector.

 

1. Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our foundry sector presence

2. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations

3. Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost competitiveness

4. Develop and manage key customer relationships to drive sales growth

5. Stay updated on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity

6. Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products and technologies

7. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

2. 12+ years of experience in the foundry sector, with a focus on business development, operations, or sales

3. Strong knowledge of foundry processes, technologies, and industry trends

4. Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing market position

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
