Development Project Manager (Fiber Development)

I am Nerijus Šeputis, and I am looking for a Development Project Manager for Kaunas & Vilnius region to join our Consumer Connectivity Team at Telia Lithuania. The position could be based in Kaunas or Vilnius.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with real estate developers, coordinating infrastructure-related projects, and building long-term partnerships that help bring fiber connectivity to new residential developments across Lithuania.

What will you do?

You will act as Telia's primary partner for residential real estate developers in the Kaunas and Vilnius regions.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate developers and key industry partners.
• Collaborate closely with Telia's network teams to plan and execute fiber expansion projects.
• Ensure development projects progress according to agreed plans, timelines and priorities.
• Monitor the local residential development market and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with Telia's internal sales channels, enabling successful commercialization of newly connected residential developments.
• Represent Telia in discussions with developers, partners and industry stakeholders.

What will help you thrive in this role:

To succeed in this role, we believe you combine strong project coordination skills with a structured way of working, curiosity, and collaboration.

• Experience working with construction or real estate development projects, and a good understanding of the needs and challenges faced by property developers and construction partners.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• A self-driven attitude and a willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
• A college or university degree.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
• A valid Category B driving licence.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2800-3600 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
