- Linux Proficiency: Comfortable working with Linux-based operating systems.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g. EC2, EKS and related services); experience with other cloud platforms is transferable.
- Container Orchestration: Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration, including Rancher-managed clusters.
- GitOps: Proficient in managing Kubernetes applications using Helm and ArgoCD, with a strong desire to further enhance these skills.

- Observability: Familiarity with monitoring and observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana and enterprise APM solutions (e.g. Dynatrace).

About the Role
To own the platform deployment process and its smooth day-to-day operation, contributing to platform stability, performance and continuous improvement while supporting colleagues and delivering against the area roadmap.
