  • Develop and deploy scalable and secure infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes in various environments, including bare-metal and air-gapped setups

  • At least 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on DevOps practices, tools (e.g., FluxCD, ArgoCD, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, HELM) and automated testing
  • Extensive experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes)
  • good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems; ability to write and use shell scripts to automate recurring tasks; knowledge in monitoring and optimizing system performance
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and infrastructure management tools, knowledge in version control with Git and handling branching strategies
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack; ability to diagnose and resolve issues in Kubernetes clusters
  • Knowledge in Kubernetes security practices, understanding of Kubernetes Secrets and ConfigMaps for secure management of sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) (German Level C1)
  • Strong teamwork mentality, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to stay up to date with industry trends and technologies and apply them to improve development and deployment processes
  • Experience in agile software development methodologies
  • Proficiency in at least one higher level programming language (e.g. C#.Net, GoLang, Python) for software development tasks

Your Role

Key Responsibilities
