  • Define and drive the TechOps and DevOps strategy, roadmap, standards, and best practices across the organization
  • Design, implement, and maintain shared and cross-team DevOps platforms and infrastructure solutions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers

We are looking for a DevOps Team Leader (Core Team)  to drive our DevOps vision, infrastructure strategy, engineering productivity, and operational excellence across the organization.

In this role, you will lead a team of 6 DevOps engineers and work closely with R&D teams to design, build, and operate scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure and development platforms.

This is a hands-on leadership role with significant technical ownership and cross-organizational impact.

The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence one day per week in Rehovot and one day per week in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the TechOps and DevOps strategy, roadmap, standards, and best practices across the organization
