What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Payroll, Sales, and CRM modules.
- Manage implementation partners, system integrators, and external consultants.
- Drive on-time, on-budget go-live with minimum business disruption.
- Lead user training, change management, and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Establish ERP governance, master data management, access controls, and SOPs.
- Ensure integration of ERP with operational systems (Semnox, POS, banking, payroll).
- Own the operation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Semnox ticketing software - covering ride entry, cashless wallets, F&B POS, lockers, and retail.
- Ensure high system uptime during operational hours.
- Drive integration between Semnox and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for real-time financial reporting.
- Enable dynamic pricing, fast-pass, online booking integration, and loyalty features.
- Manage Semnox vendor relationship, SLA compliance, and ongoing enhancements.
- Lead website redesign and modernisation - focus on online ticketing experience, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and content management.
